TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the legal relationship between MarTecho and its clients for the provision of software development, implementation, deployment, and SaaS platform services. They explain how services are defined (through Statements of Work), how fees are charged, who owns the work produced, how confidential information is handled, what warranties MarTecho provides, and what happens if something goes wrong. By signing a Statement of Work or otherwise engaging MarTecho's services, clients agree to these Terms. Specific project details, timelines, and fees are set out in individual Statements of Work, which form part of this agreement. Governing law is the Province of Ontario, Canada.
